SAFETY RULES               WE TAKE SAFETY VERY SERIOUSLY

All inflatable particulaly jumping castls/slides must ALWAYS be supervised by adults.

Additional help/extra care and supervision should be taken with young children, especially those under 3 years old, where possible an approriate castle should be used for this age group and parents should assist in the supervision duties.

Children older than 3 years old should not be bouncing with the under 3 year olds.

Any person with injuries, health issues, pregnant woman are not permitted to bounce or use the inflatables.

No rough play, acrobatic or dangerous stunts allowed on the inflatables.

The step areas near the entrance and exits are not a play area and must not be played on or bounced on.

Shoes, boots, glasses, jewelery and all sharp and metal objects must be removed before entering the inflatable items.

when larger groups are using the infalatables, care and attention regarding age should apply, they should be of a similar age group.

The inflatables should not be used, or bounced on under any circumstances when inflating and deflating the products.

In case of rain/poor weather, all persons should stop immediately and seek shelter and the supervisors should cease using the equipment, the motors and generators placed under cover and if the weather is bad, pack up the product and equipment.

Incase there is a power failure and the motors fail, have all children cease jumping on the castles and move to your emergency back up plan and start the generators.

Anyone not following the rules and poses a risk to others should be removed from the infaltables and or prevented from using the inflatables.

IMPORTANT RULES FOR THE DESIGNATED SUPERVISOR OF INFLATABLES PRODUCTS

Periodically check that pegs are secure in the ground, that the fan is still securely attached to the inflatable and the air inlet section on the fan is clear of paper, leaves debri etc.

Report any accident that required medical attention or any incident loss or damage to equipment.

Permit children to a maximum age of 8 years for the 4 x 4m size castle and 13 years for the 5 x 5m size castle. With some you may allow a limited number (1 or 2)  of 9 to 10 year olds for the 4 x 4m or 14 to 15 year olds for the 5 x 5m, provided younger children are removed.

Grade children by age - do not mix these groups.

Discourage children from playing on the step. Children should sit and slide off the step when exiting the castle, and they should not be allowed to jump off.

Prevent children from climbing, sitting, or standing on the walls and/or netting of the inflatable. Prevent rough play, tackling, or fighting. Somersaults may be allowed at the discretion of the supervisor, if he or she considers it safe with the particular circumstances.

Prevent children from wearing shoes on the inflatable. Shoes can injure other children, and can cause permanent marking of the vinyl, check and double check.

Prevent sharp objects such as toys, glasses, pens, etc from entering the inflatable, check and double check.

Prevent pets on the inflatable. Sharp claws can cause permanent damage.

Prevent sand or water from hoses or buckets on the inflatable. If the castle is deliberately wet or left sandy, a cleaning fee will apply.

Prevent streamers, confetti, party poppers, or silly string on the inflatable.

Prevent, under any circumstances, the repeated switching on and off of the fan. This will cause damage to the motor.

In the event of rain, do not switch the fan off. This will allow water to get inside the inflatable. Depending on the amount of rain your castle may be cancelled due to wet weather.
